Sunrise over Perth

Welcome!  Perth is my home and where my trail begins.  There's something very liberating about strapping on a pair of walking shoes, putting a pack on your back and hitting the trail for the day.  To not have to worry about anything other than the path in front of you and where to take the next step.  I started this blog mainly to capture the preparations for, and actual walking of, the Coast to Coast trail in the UK.  Beyond that, it's a philosophy I'm hoping will continue to apply to the rest of my life.
